THE QUEEN smilingly looks on as the DUKE OF EDINBURGH takes off his shoes to wears a pair sandals during their visit to the SHRINE of MAHATMA GANDHI on the outskirts of New Delhi on first day of their Indian tour. The sandals were specially provided for the Royal Couple for it is customary to remove shoes when visiting the shrine
