Dyson clock in Thames Street, Windsor

Feb. 29 CW/9144-15. This clock set into the pavement in Thames Street is illuminated at night and said to be the only such clock in England. It belongs to Cyril Dyson, jeweller and horologist and is located outside his shop. Alderman Dyson is the present Mayor of Windsor, the clocks in Windsor Castle are in his care, and with previous members of the family he has held the Royal Warrant for the last four reigns.
