Sep. 09, 1990 - Claim in Tort on Part of the Alexanderplatz: Margareta and Alfred Luscher from Thalwil in Switzerland lay claim to the land upon which famous East Berlin TV tower stands. The lot, belonging to their ancestors, was nationalized after WWII and a house standing on it destroyed to be replaced by the tower. Photo shows Alfred Luscher is holding 40 year's worth of correspondence with the East Berlin bureaucracy
