1961 - Too hot for Jazz pianist Oscar Peterson - Oscar Peterson, the hot Jazz Pianist, was not able to do what his drummer Ed Thigpen did. During their German tour they visited the WMF glassworks in Geislingen and after a successful concert of the Oscar Peterson Trio in Geislingen, the well known timpanist played a rather unusual instrument and blew glass
