Eddie Chapman, wartime British spy, returns to London
1954 - Eddie Chapman flies Back to London.: War-time British spy, Mr. Eddie Chapman, reached London Airport last night from Nice. Waiting for him his wife, Who arrived two hours earlier from Tangier. Mr Chapman, who for three weeks has been aboard the yacht Flamingo in the Mediterranean, refused to give the whereabouts of the yacht which left Tangier after expulsion orders were serve on the crew of seven. He will remain in London for seven days to make arrangements for his wife's visit to a clinic. Then he plans to fly off to rejoin the Flamingo.
