Dec. 12, 1970 - The Prime Minister Conducts the Annual Carol Concert at Broadstairs. Prime Minister, Mr. Edward Heath, who arrived back in London yesteday following his talks with President Nixon in the United States, was this afternoon conducting the annual carol concert at the Grand Ballroom, Broadstairs, Kent. Mr. Heath has conducted all the concerts for choir, orchestra and soloist, of which this is the 27th. All the proceeds of the concerts go to local charities.
