Aug. 11, 1980 - Here in the wood found alive after 41 hours; After 41 hours lost and alone in woods and field near Arundel, Sussex two year old Elizabeth Peck was re-united with her parents yesterday. She was found asleep wearing a tee shirt and a nappy on a woodland path about two miles from where she disappeared while playing hide and seek with her older sister on Friday. She was found by 16 year old Boyud Hambert of Church Lane, Lyminster, Littlehampton. One of the hundreds of members of the public and police who joined in the day and night search. Elizabeth's parents, Robin and Christine Peck of Lotham Road, Brixton were told she was safe as they returned from Church praying for her safety.
