Elizabeth Taylor arrives in Hamburg for filming

Oct. 10, 1973 - Film star Liz Taylor arrived at Hamburg airport for finishing her new film Identikit in this city: The American actress, dressed in a green jersey pant-suit with broad black fur collar was aboard a French Mystere which belongs to producer Mr. Rizzoli. A limping Miss Taylor was supported by Mr.Henry Wyngard, her Dutch boyfriend, for during the previous shooting of the film she has managed to hurt her leg. Press Chief Allan Buckhantz and his son Neil, 9, were expecting the American actress, the latter handed a bouquet of red roses and white chrysanthemums to her. The new film identikit depicts the story of a German girl who was murdered in Rome some time ago. Rumours have it that the girl's father is protesting against the making of this movie by his lawyer, Mr. Walther Schielzeth. Miss Taylor who is accompanied by two Yorkhsire-terriers and a Siamese cat carried in a metal cage will stay in a luxurious suite of Hotel Atlantic in Hamburg. Its costs amount to DM 1000 per night.
