Mar. 03, 1975 - Elton John becomes Radio one disc Jockey: Pop superstar Elton John fulfilled a long-standing ambition at Broadcasting House, London, when he became a disc jockey for BBC Radio one. Elton recorded a one and three quarter hour programme for Radio one called E.J and D.J. (Don't shoot ME I'm Only the Disc Jockey).
