Elzear Duquette, King of the Walk, en route to Munich

Jul. 07, 1972 - King of the Walk is on his way to Munich: Elzear Duquette, the King of the walk is on his way to Munich, during his third world trip. The 61-year old Canadian, born in France, always plans the route in a way that special events happen to be on his way. in 1970 he was in Osaka where the Expo 70 was held and now he is on his way to the Olympic Games in Munich. Everything he needs is in the car he pulls along. and by folding out the sideboards and clevating the roof, he even makes a comfortable sleeping-place out of it. The money he needs, is earned by selling picture postcards and autographs. Photo shows Elsear Duquette, about 200 km before Munich
