Emily Bolton, actress to appear in Tenko on BBC TV
Oct. 10, 1981 - Japanese Prison Camp Series on BBC TV Tenko, a new 10 part drama series dealing with life and conditions in a a Japanese prison camp for women during the second World War begins on BBC TV this week. Although based on fact, the characters are fictitious. Bert Kwouk plays the camp commandant and the inmates include Ann Bell, Stephanie Beacham, Louise Jameson and Emily Bolton.
