Gordon Mills will be the chairman of the new company, Management Agency and Music, which has taken over impresario Harold Davidson's Company. The two stars and their manager will have the largest single shareholding in the company, which will act as agents for top British and American entertainers. The holdings of the company are now worth 1, 000, 000 to Mills and Jones, and about 900, 000 to Engelbert Humperdinck. Engelbert, who has just recovered from a minor illness at Great Yarmouth where he is appearing for a summer season, is highly delighted by the deal as well as by the news that Gordon Mills has disc, released a few days ago, and already selling fast is titled I'm a Better Man
