May 08, 1960 - Ernst Fuchs Aged 50 Years: 50 years old. will be the most prominent member of the Wiener Schule des Phantastischen Realisums on February 13th, 1980. The successful painter and graphic artist Ernst Fuchs was a student of Albert P. Gutersloh. He more than once appeared before the public with exhibitions in European towns and overseas which attracted much attention. The opera fans learned to know him when he produced the scenery for a revival of Lohengrin at the Munich, West-Germany Opera-festival in 1978. The artist lives and works mainly in Vienna
