Dec. 12, 1962 - Spy Vassali Has A Day Out From Jail. Appears Before Radcliffe Tribunal: John Vassall the Admiralty spy -who is now serving an 18 year sentence - travelled by car from Wormwood Scrubs yesterday to the Board of Trade building in London - to appear before the Radcliffe Tribunal - which is investigating the Vassall case. He gave evidence for six hours. He will be called again - if the Tribunal members think it necessary. Photo shows The day's hearing is over - and John Vassall is taken back to Wormwood Scrubbs by car
