Nov. 11, 1969 - Trial against West-German spy for Russia, Heinz Sutterlin, in Cologne: The 45 years old photographer from Bonn is suspected of having sent to the USSR, with the help of his wife Leonore, 50 German state secrets, about 1000 secret papers and 1880 confidential documents from the German foreign office. The trial is interrupted until November 24th, since the judges are going to fly to the USA, in order to hear there, on a secret place, the main witness Mr. Runge, ancient military of the Soviet Secret Service KGB, who deserted to the United States.
