Espionage - Spies

Nov. 11, 1976 - Ex-CIA man appeals against deportation.: Mr. Phillip Agee, the former Central Intelligence Agency man who is being deported from Britain with a fellow American, Mr. Mark Hosenball, a reporter, delivered a three-point letter to the Home Office yesterday. The letter denied the allegations made against him, the most serious being that he has been in touch with foreign intelligence officers'. It advised Mr. Rees, the home Secretary that Mr. Agee wished to accept the offer of an appearance before a three-man independent Home Office panel, and pleaded more time to prepare a case.
