Feb. 02, 1958 - European Industrial Conference Opens In London: Prince Philip attended the first session of the European Industrial Conference - which opened at Church House, Westminster - this morning. The conference, which hopes to solve Free Trade Area problems - is being attended by fifty industrialists and 35 trade unionists from 14 Continental countries.
