Oct. 12, 1968 - Ex-King Saud Holds Press Conference In London: Ex-King Saud of Saudi Arabia, attended by his son-in-law, Abdurahman Al Ghuneim, who acts as his secretary and interpreter, holding a Press Conference in London yesterday. The ex-King, who is in Britain for several weeks for treatment of rheumatism in the knees, said he longs to go back to his to his homeland. His family's decision to depose him in favor of his brother Faisal was unwise, he said. Whether he would return ever be able to return was in the hands of Gods.'He has made Egypt his second home because he he had been invited by President Nasser, and made welcome by him one of his wives, a son and a retinue of 52, arrived for the Press Conference guarded by 10 Securicor men
