Sep. 09, 1953 - Egypt's Dictator - General Neguib - forms new cabinet and is congratulated by Former Prime Minister: General Mohamed Neguib who virtually became Dictator of Egypt when Premier Ali Meher resigned following the arrest of most of the important personages in Egypt presided over the first meeting of his Cabinet in Cairo.
