May 31, 1956 - 31-5-56 Preparing for a coming-out ball Mrs. Elizabeth Palmers, wife of Mr. Theodore Palmers, the Honorary Consul for Nicaragua, last night gave a coming out ball for her daughter, Evelyn, 21, who was presented at Court last March. Mrs. Palmer was presented herself at the same time, and then afterwards presented her daughter. Comtesse Willy Arco-Valley, a friend of St. Martin, Austria, who is staying in London with them, attended the ball.
