Jan. 02, 1964 - New Year's gifts from the farmers: In the Oise district of France, Farmers demonstrated today against the low prices of agricultural products. But they demonstrated their point with the help of gifts. They stopped car drivers at four points in the area and gave them Farmers New Year's gifts': butter and sugar.
