Sep. 09, 1954 - Special From The Netherlands On Visit To London. Sgt. Lord Baden Powell Show Them Around: Six Dutchman - members of the Amsterdam Volunteer Police under the command of Lieut. Col. R. Hoegen are on a six day visit to London - in return for the visit paid to Holland in July by a party of City Special Police. They are guests of the City of London Special Constabulary - at Bishopsgate Police Station. Photo shows Sgt.
