September 20, 1968 - Three Kisses: Lieutenant Frantisek Stunicka of the Prague traffic police, who won the title of Gentleman of Prague Traffic, is now retiring after more than 30 years of service in Prague crossroads. The kiss he received on September 20th, 1968, the very last day he was on duty, from a young lady serving in the Prague rescue service (live-saving service) was apparently the nicest good-bye.
