Feb. 12, 1954 - Investigating Double murder at Old Folk's home. Removing cover from Car Tracks: CID personnel were to be seen this morning investigating the murder at the Home for Elderly Gentlefolk in Montpelier Road, Eaing of a lady who calls herself Bady Menzies and her daughter Mrs. Isobel Veronica Chesmey. Their bodies were found in different parks of the house Lady Menzies in front of the fire in the ground floor sitting room and Mrs. Cheaney (42) was half clothed in a bath on the top floor. Photo shows removing the tarpaulin cover from the forecourt of the house. The cover was placed there to protect car tracks which are considered by the police to be an important clue to the murder
