Jimmy Upton of the Margate Police Force - at Grosvenor House. He shares the prize - the world record Football Pools prize - with eighteen others in a syndicate from Margate Police station. The syndicate's total win, including smaller dividends was252, 984 - 12 - Od. The Odd couple of thousand is being sent by post.
