Feb. 26 Paris: Operation Child Policemen is on In Paris, this morning, operation called Scolar Patrols or more ironically child-policemen began. The police prefect, Mr. Papon, was on hand to give last-minutes instructions. This experiment lets 12 and 13 year olds organize the coming out of school of pupils. It was decided after the increase of after-school road accidents. OPS: Young child policemen with their discus-stick at the exit of a school. 200164
