Sep. 09, 1959 - Lady Montague in Sensation in Chelsea. lucky escape from serious injury. Lady Montague of Beaulieu traveled to the Chelsea Town Hall this afternoon an board an ancient horse drawn fire engine. On arriving - the driver jumped down from his seat - and then the horse bolted hauling the fire engine - with Lady Montague still on board - some hundreds of yards along the road - before it was eventually got under conteol. Lady Montague was badly shaken. Lord Montague - who was driving his vintage car to the fair - gave chase.
