Feb. 29 BACK FROM T:93 DEAD, A policeman seen applying artificial respiration to a man who had been dragged from the water by two waterfront nightwatohmen at Pyrmont, Australia. The nightwatchmen, ERNIE CHILDS, of Euroka St. North Sydney, and CRC COLLESS, of Lucas Rd,s ven Hills, threw a lifebuoy to the man and dragged him from the water. Childs said the man was right at the end of his4 tether when they hauled him from the water. Another few minutes and he would have been gone, he said. The man, who was taken to Sydney Hospital, was later charged with attempted suioide and remanded for medical observation. H/Keystone 890/696004
