Feb. 02, 1961 - Kiss-In-Car Case Continues..The case continues at the High Court today - in which Mr. Gerald Selby a 30 year old secretary and his fiancee Miss Anne Firman (24) a dress designer -are suing the police for wrongful arrest and malicious prosecution. The sued P.C.'s are John Mac Donald and Donald MacLennan The couple were acquitted at the London Sessions in May 1959 of committing a lewd, obsecene and disgusting act in a car in Kensington.
