Mar. 03, 1964 - Man With A Child In His Arms Th to Jump From The Of A Three story Building Fireman and police were called to Marchmont Street, this evening when a man with a baby in his arms threatened to jump from the roof of a three stor building, taking the child with him. A crowd of several constable Margaret Clelland, who had been trying to reason with the men, drew to him and grabbed the baby from his arms four other policemen rushed forward and grabbed the man.
