Jan. 01, 1965 - Policeman Wounded in Kensingtton shooting Drama. Det. Sgt. injures his hand making arrest. Two policemen were wounded in the shooting incident in Kensington on Wednesday night. They were P.C. Michael Wheelhouse and P.C.cross of the Flying squad. John Marson aged 22 was charged last night with shooting a London policeman with intent to murder him. He appeared at south Western Magistrate's Court this morning. Photo Shows :-Detective SG Woodmore of the Flying Squad - who was injured making the arrest - seen yesterday. Det. Sgt.
