FBI - Fire Department - Police

Jan. 07, 1966 - In A Classroom - A Tactic Game of Hide And Seek Policewomen Brenda Hunt sat down with five-year-olds at her old school yesterday and asked them: Where is your favourite hiding place when your are out playing'? - Has your friend Diane Tift a special den where she likes to play and hide'? To the children of Blackenall Heath School in Wallsall Staffordshire, the simple quiz seemed like a new game on the first day of the term. But to 21-year-old Brenda and five others policewomen it was a serious business of hunting for little Diane who disappeared eight days ago. Police fear she made have hidden somewhere and become trapped. Last night - despite checks on more than 5, 000 cars and 5, 000 houses in the area - police were still without a clue to Diane's whereabouts. Photo Shows:- Policewoman Brenda Hunt talks to some of Diane's classmates in their classroom at Blackenall Heath School
