Aug. 20, 1971 - Munich Policemen Test New Holsters: Selfmade or official': That's the question which is no longer a question for police chief jocksch from Munich (photo). He changed his old pistol inclusive Holster (1.) against a new colt in a special bag (r.)which make it possible to take the gun much quicker out off the holster. Of course he didn't get this new quick unit because he like shooting, but to take action sooner what he showed only a few days ago during a knife-battle, where he didn't use the pistol to shoot, but to knock the knife out off the hand of the attacker. Just like Herbert Jocksch other Munich policemen asked for a better training and a better equipment. Since about a week now ten officials of the Munich police are trying the use of the new holster. They think it took it had to be hold, then the fastener had to be opened with the right hand, after that the policeman was able to be take the colt out he had to use both hands. Therefore it is understandable that the new holsters are of interest
