Female presenters from eleven countries at BBC TV

Dec. 12, 1957 - :'Speakerines (female presenters) for tonight's B.B.C. TV pictures in the Sky programme : Television history will be made tonight when for the first time, eleven countries will link-up to entertain viewers through Europe. The programmer is called Pictures in the sky and Britain's contribution will be the finale and will feature presenters from each of the participating national television systems. The presenters are the guests of the BBC in London and will be introduced by our own Sylvia peters. Photo shows Sylvia peters with the ten presenters at the Riverside B.B.C. television studios.
