June 16, 1970 - London, England, U.K. - An exact replica of the No. 1 Courtroom at London's Central Criminal Court (The Old Bailey) has been built at Shepperton Studios for a film reconstruction of a trial that made English legal history. It was built for the film 10 Rillington Place, all about notorious English mass-murderer John Regibald Christie, who in 1950, framed another man, Timothy John Evans for crimes committed by Christie himself.
