Feb. 28 10 kilos trouts from Bileca Lake, Hertzegovina! - Bileda lake has recently been formed as an accumulation by the arection of HE plant Trebisnjica giant dam on the Trebisnjica river. The Fishing Club of Bileca, in cooperation with HE plant extends all efforts to enrich and preserve the trout fishery on the lake, and succeeded to breed original species of trout, called biledanka, some of the caught examples weighing up to 10 kilos. In the course of the past year, more that 500.000 spawns were thrown into the lake, and this February some 260 spawners were caught and fish-roe taken for the further breeding of the species
