Flower procession in Munich, Germany

Aug. 08, 1965 - Flower procession in Munich: On August 29th the Munich week which takes place in connection with the First World Exhibition of Transport and Communications was opened by a beautiful flower procession through Munich. The colourful procession was arranged by the Munich allotment holders and contained 40 vehicles studded with flowers and showing the Munich Kindl, the Frauenturme the Althen Peter, the Cinesische Turm'. Also 12 music bands took part in the procession. Photo shows the vehicle with the Munich Frauenturme and the Munich Kindl made of flowers in front of the National Theatre
