Feb. 26 A Vulcan over a Volcano.: A Vulcan bonber of 101 Squadron R.A.F. Finningly, passing over the crater of Kilimanjare, Kenya, during a recent Lone Ranger Exercise. These Lone Ranger long distance flights are carried out regularly by Britain's V-force to encourage initiative and independence among the crews. The 9, 960 mile flight to Kenya and back was carried out at the relatively low level of 42, 000 and 44, 000 ft
