Mar. 03, 1963 - Over the North Pole the first cherry-trees came from Japan to the IGA: For the IGA (International exhibition for horticulture) now the first cherry-trees arrived on the airport Hamburg-Fuhlbuttel. These 200 trees are a present of Tokio (TOKIO) for Hamburg, they came with a direct airoplane from Japan over the North Pole.
