Artificial flowers and trees made with empty cigarette packets, are being exhibited in the hall of Shinjuku railway station in Tokyo. Apart from the novelty, and the use of waste material, it may encourage people to make similar decorations instead of throwing empty packets away adding to the city's pollution problems.
