Nov. 11, 1953 - Little Europe problems at The Hague, Foreign Ministers confer. The six representatives of Little Europe including Signor Pella and Dr. Adenauer, meeting in the thirteenth century Palace of the Counts at The Hague have started their task of hammering out the shape and destiny of a new European political community.
