Aug. 07, 1958 - Committee Decides On The Windscale Accident Report It was announced yesterday that as a result of the accident to the Windscsle plutonium factory last October it is almost certain that No.1 reactor will never dismantled on the near future. These were the main conclusions drawn from the final report of the committees set up by the Prime Minister under the chairmanship-of Sir Alexander Flck to investigate the accident from all angles.
