Feb. 29 UNESCO'S Future Headquarters In Paris: When the general conference of UNESCO opens on July 1, in Paris it will be decided if the proposed new building at the Place Fontenoy is finally agreed upon. The French architect Zerfhuss, and Breuer his American colleague as well as Nervi who is an Italian have submitted their model which forms a Y. The height is 85 feet and comprised of seven floors. The principal branch of the Y is a concave 360 feet long. Photo shows the proposed new permanent home of UNESCO in the Place Fontanoy, Paris, France
