Mar. 03, 1960 - Nabi Youla: No diplomatic relations with Pankow After the Ambassador of Guinea, Nabi Youla had received the reply note of the Federal Government to the letter of Sekou Toure in Bonn's Foreign Office, he answered questions of the present journalists. He declared that Guinea has no diplomatic relations with the Republic of the Sowjet Zone. there are only trade agreements.
