Jun. 06, 1961 - New Member of French Academy Received in Sorbonne: For the second time the reception of a new member of the French academy was held in Sorbonne University (The Academy Building has been under repair for some time). The new member received today was the well known Historian ND essaist Henri Massis who succeeds the late Cardinal Grente.Photo shows Henri Massis delivering the traditional reception adress (Enhancing the work of his Predecessor) in the great Hall of Sorbonne university today
