Mar. 03, 1963 - A Street In Paris Named After Aristide-Briand: A Street in Paris was named after arystide briand exactly on the 31st anniversary of his death. One must say that nearly every little village in France had Alredady a street called Aristide Briand, but Paris. So finally the Municipal Council of Paris decided to name a part of the rue De Dourgogne, between the Boulevard Saint Germain and the place De Palais Bourbon after Aristides Briand. The official ceremony has taken place this afternoon in the presence of Mr. Pierre-Christian Taittinger, presdent of the municipal council and of many other personalities. Photo Shows: Ch.
