Dec. 15, 1964 - After several receptions on the Quai d'Orsay yesterday, the French Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Couve de Murville, went to Brussels in the middle of the night to participate in the last phase of negotiations on the common market which ended with an agreement. Early the next morning, he came back to Paris to attend a NATO meeting with the Atlantic Council. He is pictured here arriving to the NATO meeting
