Jun. 06, 1966 - Britain's Hovercraft Shop-Window Exhibition Hovershow 66 Opens at Browndown: During the five days of Hovershow 66 which was opened by the show's patron Lord Mountratten today more than 100 minister, Government Advicers under Secretaries and defence personnel representing nearly every Ministry will be present. The Hovershow at Browndown, near Portsmouth is part of a drive to sell Hovercraft to the world. Photo shows Lord Mountratten is seen leaving a S.R.N. 6 hovercraft which he inspected after the opening ceremony today
