A fake Banker, Pierre Travers, 64, at the head of the Swindle, managed to escape shortly before a warrant has been issued against him. Thanks to a wide ND efficient publicity he induced 5.000 clients to deposit million worth of gold with his enterprise on which he was paying 10 per cent defrauding the Tax.
