Sep. 09, 1969 - French journalist arrives back in Paris after his release from Czech Jail Alleges he was beaten up.: Action by French foreign Minister, M. Maurice Schumann, persuaded the Czech regime to free a french journalist. M. Georges Penchenier, 51 - year - old foreign Affairs expert of radio Luxembourg, arrived back in Paris yesterday after two weeks in a Czech jail. He said he was seized in a Prague square during last month's riots and several militamen beat him to the ground with rubber clubs.
